A modern therapy clinic created with teens and young adults in mind.

OUR MISSION

Your journey to healing starts with a single, supported step.

We believe meaningful change begins with feeling safe, understood, and supported. Our mission is to provide compassionate therapy that helps teens and young adults, and their parents, navigate emotions, relationships, and life transitions with confidence and resilience.

OUR philosophy

We believe therapy works best when it feels safe, collaborative, and genuine. Every teen and young adult comes with their own story, strengths, and challenges, and we take the time to understand each person as a whole. Our approach is flexible and paced to each individual, focusing on building trust, emotional safety, and practical tools for everyday life.

What Therapy Looks Like

01

The first connection

Your first step is simply reaching out. We’ll connect with you to understand what’s been going on and help you book an intake appointment that feels right for you and your family.

02

Building Your Roadmap

In the intake session, we take time to explore concerns, strengths, and goals. Together, we create a clear direction for therapy so support feels focused, collaborative, and personalized.

03

Ongoing Therapy Sessions

Regular sessions provide a consistent space to talk, reflect, and build practical tools for coping and growth. We move at a pace that feels comfortable, adjusting support as needs evolve.

Meet the Therapists

Therapy works best when you feel comfortable with the person sitting across from you. Get to know our therapists and find someone who feels like the right fit for you.

Common Questions

What can I expect in the first session?

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, your history, and what you hope to achieve. It’s a safe, non-judgmental space to see if we’re a good fit.

How long does therapy usually last?

The duration of therapy varies for everyone. Some find short-term support (8-12 sessions) helpful for specific issues, while others prefer longer-term exploration for deeper personal growth. We will regularly review our progress together.

Is everything we discuss confidential?

Yes, confidentiality is a cornerstone of therapy. Everything discussed remains private, with very few legal exceptions related to safety, which we will go over in detail during our first meeting.

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes, I offer both in-person sessions at the clinic and secure, HIPAA-compliant online video sessions to accommodate your schedule and preference.

What is your approach to work with parents?

I believe in a collaborative approach. While maintaining a child’s privacy, I provide regular updates and practical strategies for parents to support the therapeutic process at home.
